Diesel Mechanic
Responsibilities: Work with employees and drivers to understand their concerns and properly diagnose the issue Produce accurate and itemized work orders for company Spend time explaining the vehicle repair needs to each employee and driver so that they understand what repairs were completed and any proactive preventative measures they can utilize going forward
Safety Coodinator
Responsibilities: •Conduct on-site inspections or investigations of surface mines to identify potentially hazardous conditions affecting the safety and health of workers. •Ensure proper mining equipment maintenance and usage. •Collaborate with management and workers to promote safety awareness and compliance. •Develop and implement safety policies and procedures. •Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. •Provide safety training and education to employees. •Monitor compliance with MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) standards. •Maintain accurate records related to safety incidents, inspections, and training. CDL Driver
Responsibilities: Deliver and pick-up identifying destinations; Establishing authorized route; operating the truck safely; Maintaining schedule. Some tarping may be required. ​​ Requirements: Two years experience preferred. Safety is our NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.
Office/Sales
Responsibilities: Take customer orders and enter into system. Work with production, yard workers to get status updates on orders. Schedule delivery time with customer when order is ready. Provide communication updates with customers on order status. Provide customers with hardscape ideas and suggest products for customers.
Light Duty Mechanic
Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical vehicle systems Service and maintain brakes, driveline, starting, charging, lighting, engine, HVAC, supplemental restraints, suspension, and transmission systems Perform accurate and efficient vehicle repairs Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Requirements: Proven experience as a Light Duty Mechanic or similar role Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical vehicle systems Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and quickly Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Dispatch
Responsibilities: Scheduling service calls and providing work orders for Service Technicians according to urgency Reviewing jobs in service monitor to ensure they are dispatched and assigned as required Communicating with Service Technicians and other departments Reviewing work orders and time sheets Invoicing and collection calls Requirements: Superior Problem Solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with both customer and co-workers Candidates must also be comfortable with the MS Office Suite including word and excel, MS Outlook, and Web navigation Highly detail-oriented and focused with a flexible and adaptable High school diploma or equivalent is required Exceptional customer service skills
